Anyone know who owns the other 51.65% of Recyclus?

I guess if they leave it a while it will be worth more so TM1 will have to pay more to buy it out?

So we’re done then? What now?

The same people who own the 48%

Let’s just hope they don’t focus too much on Recyclus and let TM1 sink. (any further anyway) I’m 90% down now, see what happens but I’ve written this off now but will still be a bit hopeful.

When yer man Brundle comments “We intend to revisit our merger strategy when market conditions improve and it is beneficial to shareholders." I think he probably should have clarified which group of shareholders he was referring to?

Who is working for who?

As I read it Recyclus are purely involved in the battery recycling business. They are owned 48% by the publicly quoted Tech Minerals and 52% by individuals ( who also happen to be the main players in TM1 ). Tech Min also have a portfolio of mineral rights ( which are nothing to do with recyclus ). So TM1 shareholders benefit 48% in any successes that Recyclus have and 100% in any revenue from the mineral rights/extraction. I welcome corrections if I’ve got things wrong.

If Tm1 has been giving all the money to recycle then that should have been in return of equity so we ended being the majority shareholder… whats happened about the news from our mines!! Especially the one we sold… i think agm time will be interesting

An interesting listen. Sounds like nothing to look forward to in the short term, but a couple of bits of potential good news on the mineral front next year.
