Technology Minerals - TM1 - Share Chat

Hopefully any contract with the MOD is usually pretty lucrative. We just need to be selling the BM produced now to bring this home

There was a sudden spike to 16 first thing then back to normal. At least its some progress. Does TM1 wholly own LiBox or is it another partly owned offshoot?

EDIT… I see LiBox is owned by Recyclus so its 48% good news for us.

I think this is good news, defence contracts are usually lucrative and I’d guess the MOD burn through a lot a battery’s, especially if you consider all the office workers as well (they have an enormous office where I live. It will also show they are known and trusted by government departments which must be a good thing. I think this is really good news, hopefully the start of something and an uplift in share price.

Seemingly good news and the price drops, what’s going on?

It’s great to see discussions about Technology Minerals and its focus on ethical mining and battery recycling. However, always remember to conduct your own research and consider the risks before investing.

Can anyone translate this? Tipranks Post Is this a vote of confidence ?

Will this dead dog ever spring to life? I’m honestly sick of it dragging my portfolio down. How long before someone puts us out of our misery?

Technology Minerals PLC Delays Annual Report, Suspends Listing - TipRanks.com Not a good look!

“The delay, caused by the need for technical accounting adjustments”
Sounds like something my local Chinese Takeaway shop, that only accepted cash payments would be doing near the end of the tax year.

The end has to be close now.

There are only a few reasons why a company is De-Listed.

I have a lost a lot of money to this scam and the people behind it.

God only knows what that all means??

In my experience, shares that come out of suspension nearly always boom, let’s see what happens here.

the regulators or the ones in power should prosecute the promoters and the board, its a con play. How do we complain so that cons are put in cage?

What is the timeline for relisting ? Is it days , weeks , months ? or have we all lost our ability to withdraw whatever we have left in TM ?

Is the stock going to dump for a final time if it relists and everyone pulls there money since the confidence is gone ?

And again radio silence from TM management, investors need confidence.

Hi all, have I missed something? As I believed TM had been temporarily suspended due to not having there accounts ready for disclosure. This does happen on stocks from time to time. I’ve not seen anything around delisting other than the generated message on Freetrade app.

As someone who has been burnt in the past on AIM, twice for that matter, chalk it up to a lesson learnt and move on pal if the worst happens.

There are some good companies on AIM but there are alot of lifestyle companies too (people actually invested in TM1 will be better placed than me to judge the company on that front) . After just shy of 5 years since I started investing, the risk Vs reward on AIM has become stark for me and I have moved money away from it over time.

Others have probably had better experiences but imo, it can be full of ‘misleading’ RNS’s and decisions that are not in shareholders best interests, which makes analysing an investment very difficult for me!
