Am I right reading this that TM1 cop 1.37million shares which are priced at $6.75 currently? Why aren’t TM1 posting about this today? ( unless I’ve missed it )

Interesting and hopefully good news!
It seems to me TM1 is a dubious company with dubious intensions.
They have had some success of late but the structure is pretty opaque and doesnt inspire confidence.
I might well be misinterpreting this, but that sale stinks of asset selling prior to dissolution. I hope I am wrong.
Worth a listen from 23 minutes onward.
So, potential then.
That sounds like something that’s been said many, many times over the last 2 or 3 years with this one.
I’m sitting tight, not worth selling but not investing any more risk in to this (EDIT: not that I currently can do either of course!).
A small part of me wants this company to work, but even with the little knowledge I have within the stock market I’m sure if they make a comeback as soon as this hits 1p everyone will dumb and run because they have lost faith in a lot of people
I am waiting for this stock to make me a million or make me nothing. If it works out, wonderful. If it doesn’t, well life carries on.

I’ve never read so much and understood so little.
Can anyone translate please? I just wonder when we can trade them again?
I guess we can gather from that that they aren’t expecting SP to rise above its present level in the near future as .0011 is so close to the nominal .001 value. If it was likely to rise significantly, this wouldn’t be necessary.
The way it is at the moment if ithe price rose to a penny 90% of holders would be out
Does this mean that for every share I hold, they are going to split that to 2 shares.
One share will be kept for them.
The other will be mine, but reduced in value to whatever amount they said (I got so annoyed/lost trying to follow that I forget the value quoted).
So a double-dilution effectively?
No, I dont think its a dilution. I read it that when the share price rises to a certain level the deferred part lapses and the other parts reverts to market level. Its just a technical measure to allow them to raise more capital under the existing terms. Any dilution will come with any further borrowing they undertake. This is just how I read it, dont take it as gospel, I would love to hear a pro explain it.
I don’t get the deferred bit, it if doesn’t add value or generate cash - what’s it for?
Its just a means of lowering the Nominal value of your share to 100th of its old nominal value. Bear in mind the nominal value has no relation to the value they are traded at. They have to do it for technical reasons because as things stand they cant issue more shares because the value has dropped so much that the traded value is almost as low as the nominal value. It seems to me that it does point to a lot more shares being issued and a dilution of our shares. ( Again, I speak with no technical knowledge, only how I read it ) In due course your ‘deferred’ share will be cancelled.
