Can we do something about it?
Make it dismissable, a tick box accept, just a link or anything other then how it currently is?
I feel like it takes up far too much real estate.

It should be in the community guidelines and that should suffice as they’re meant to be read upon registration.
This disclaimer is overkill and I agree it takes up too much screen real estate.
Literally there’s no need to duplicate with that banner as at the bottom of every thread is this:
I think it is deliberately eye-catching and thus annoying 
Freetrade wants people here to make their own decisions instead of following anybody else. Very mature and compliant thing to do I think.

I don’t need to be reminded of it every time I load the screen though. Am not a five year old, although my wife keeps telling me I act like one.
