The Hut Group - THG - Share Chat

Rose 11% yesterday and now pushing to £1.

:crossed_fingers:

It is starting to tick up nicely, although I have used the low price to bring my average price down to £124.46 so I should start seeing a profit soon hopefully as this is a very under valued company at present.

Hah, hit it twice, no less!

I’m a new investor, only joined in December. The volatility on this trade has taught me a valuable lesson on keeping your emotions in check. I have faith in this stock and do expect a turnaround.

I’ve bought it then added more to reduce my overall price per share. Then watched it fall lower.
I think it still has a good fundamental value. I’m in no rush if it takes years so be it but I think it will recover and I’ll make a profit.
Too many on here are looking for 1000% gains by next week. Not likely- go get a lottery ticket. I look at making money long term. I have also picked a number of dividend stocks and then buy shares with any income.
Useful for UK dividends

It shouldn’t be a penny stock that is for sure, hope for some good results/news and then hopefully it can start getting to a better price for us all!

I feel the results were not too bad to be fair

The one thing we are unlikely to know but would be nice to know what the offers were they had for the business in the extract below.

"You will all be aware that there has been significant speculation about possible third party interest in THG. I can confirm that the Board has received indicative proposals from numerous parties in recent weeks. The Board has concluded that each and every proposal to date has been unacceptable, failing to reflect the fair value of the Group, and confirms that THG is not currently in receipt of any approaches. We continue to focus on delivering our exciting growth strategy across a number of large global sectors, and prepare to step up to the premium segment of the LSE at the appropriate time.
