Trustpilot - TRST - Share Chat

According Bloomberg, Trustpilot market cap would be almost GBP 1.1bn (250-265p per share) and it will begin trading already next week (on 23rd of March).
I personally think the valuation is lower than other subscription based US SaaS companies. Trustpilot P/S multiple would be ~15x, however, the growth is also not exceptional (appr. 20%).
It would be very interesting to see how it trades.

Began trading today

This is live, sorry for the delay yesterday which was due to pricing issues.

What are peoples thoughts on this? Just seems odd to me that a site like Trustpilot make money :joy: I get it is not a charity but if it was really good on its return that wouldn’t seem right.

Our latest community AMA will be with Trustpilot tomorrow!

The company’s record of delivering 30% compound annual revenue growth since 2015 was also missed, showing underperformance. Further, the platform’s cumulative number of reviews and number of reviewed domains also displayed a slow down in growth.

What is going on with Trustpilot? They were having a bit of a surge recently, but have now tanked again. Yet, on TV, they seem to be getting lots of exposure in adverts?

First thought was all the so called growth sector are taking a kicking particular those who aren’t in profit yet.
Peak price for the year 353.00p, so a fall of more than 70%.
Painful.
I have had the same from company (procook) who IPO less than a year ago who failed to meet expectations. BUT are profitable. Profits are round pre COVID figures. Paying a dividends.
Also pots and pans etc are consumer discretionary so not unreasonable. Still a 70% fall.
My best guess is reality has entered the high growth hoping to make a profit sometime soon sector.
