Can’t create a stop loss, the price is tanking - and I’m losing money. What’s going on ?!
Same here. This is the nail for me. Trading on Revolut at the same time and they’re working fine, plus their price updates in pretty much realtime compared to Freetrade’s 60-second or so refresh. Pulling my ~£2k and closing my account.
Don’t like the fact so many T212 users are leaving?
Oh well. Lol
Thanks for taking the concerns seriously
Haha, blame someone else for your own mistakes!
The in app message may explain it:
I also recommend buying stocks that aren’t this volatile as it can quite easily turn into a loss with how busy the market is right now…
You need banning. Clear off
Been trying to sell for an hour. Been using freetrade for years and have a plus account. Loyal to the app but it’s fair to share our frustrations in hope they’re addressed.
Ignoring the conspiracies Robinhood and T212 genuinely aren’t in a position to allow stock buys. So FT being slow is hardly surprising, especially as their numbers are heaving. They all buy from the same places.
I wouldn’t mind it if they stock just sat waiting for sale confirmation, But I cant even ask Freetrade to sell. It’s just stuck as the price screen.
Everyone needs to realise the fact that freetrade is still working for most users is incredible when most other brokers have pulled some stocks altogether or prevented any new users.
Define working, because all I can do is look at stocks.
Can’t sell and can’t buy. Yahoo finance is currently a better tool, purely because they show real time information and have the same buying/selling capability as Freetrade at this moment.
Good one! Why don’t you close down your FT account then and only buy/sell through Yahoo then
To be honest I’ve got a lot of money in Freetrade from round 5 so loving how we’ve been growing but
It’s cost me thousands today not able to sell. My friend is exactly the same. It’s been ridiculous. Needs to be sorted or customers will be lost.
This isn’t the 1st time it’s happened either. Surly money needs to go into updating the software to stop this happening.
It’s not a Freetrade problem. It’s happening with every platform.
