Interested in what the consensus is with this one. The directors have agreed to a 958M GBP takeover by the Carlyle Group. SPAC Bidco with 6Bn that is indirectly controlled by Carlyle private equity firm will perform the actual buy out. Price of 155p offer price per share includes special dividend that is changing to interim dividend (19p). Not quite sure what choices will be offered by , if any. If taken over by a private company is there any way to sell those shares at a later point? Otherwise might need to sell the current holding to realise the current value.
