Continuing the discussion from Transfer to Freetrade SIPP:

I’m just starting the process of transferring my Zurich personal pension to a Freetrade SIPP. Zurich have sent me a questionnaire that looks set to failure, and I’ve no idea how to fill in the required details for the receiving scheme? I’ve sent in photos of the questions they’re asking to the chatbot and await a response from a human. I’m very impatient and it seems the same as many things regarding your own money, frustrating to the point of giving up and leaving at is. Probably the goal of Zurich.

Don’t let them wear you down. It’ll get sorted and both are duty bound to actually provide tangible help.

I had the same issues with my pension transfer. They rejected it twice and on the third time accepted it. No pension fund wants money going out…only money coming in.

Pension transfers and being impatient unfortunately do not go hand in hand!

Stick at it and the transfer will get sorted, will be well worth the time spent!

1/ name of receiving scheme
2/ address of receiving scheme
3/ name of scheme administrator
4/ what is the HMRC approval/ registration number
5/ please provide a copy of the approval/ registration letter issued by HMRC
6/ all banking details listed in section 5 of the enclosed documents

No luck from chat yet. These are the questions. Where could I find this information?
