Account is not verified, No email on upload of documents

Hi,

I have created account almost 2 weeks back, but my account has not been verified. Also I have not received any mail requesting identity documents. May I know how long it will take. All the money I have transferred returned back to me without any message.
But they have charged me for ISA account opening.

It sounds like you may have topped up using a different account to the “linked” account. You MUST use the linked account to top up on FT.
