@FM1 Did you find out whether it’s the user number? I need to do the same thing and just wanted to see how you got on with finding the number. Thanks.
So how do I find my account number? Did they ever make it easier?
I am not sure if you have account numbers associated to each user and accounts (GIA/SIPP), but you do have a unique user number. For the user number you just have to click on the top right corner in the profile picture and below your name it will show “Freetrade user #XXXXXX”
If you go into the activity section of the app, and select a monthly statement. It has ‘Account reference’ in there
