App causing phone to crash, samsung A10

Hello

Everytime I get to the pin screen my phone crashes and restarts.

When I uninstall the app and reinstall it I can log in but I cant do much before it crashes again. Usually when i get to a pin screen before completing a buy.

I am using a samsung A10 which is fully updated.

Any ideas how i can progress past the pin entry screen without it crashing my phone?

Yeah I dont think I can get in app support at this time so I’ll fire them an email.
