App Crashes after (Todays;13Jun)Update..Admin pls HELP

I am unable to see the activity information
I have tried multiple times after restarting the phone,
uninstalling the app, restarting the phone and again installing the app.
but every time it keeps crashing
I don’t think the app has been tested well for performance before release

The fonts look terrible too

It would help FT to troubleshoot if you listed the device make and model and the IOS or Android version. Available in ‘about phone’ in your device settings.

Solution - FT roll back the app to the previous version! PLEASE!

I have reported to them.
If they ask, I will provide the information
I am sure it affects a few multitudes too.

The app is actually having issues now. I even got a support message when i was on it saying there was problems with functionality.

Id leave it and try again tomorrow.

Google Firebase experienced a significant service disruption today, June 12, 2025. The outage was part of a broader issue affecting multiple Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Firebase, which is a key developer platform for building web and mobile applications. The problems began around 11:00 a.m. PDT and impacted Firebase authentication and other services, causing failures and interruptions for many users worldwide.

The outage was linked to a larger Google Cloud disruption that affected various cloud services across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Over 13,000 incidents related to Google Cloud were reported on outage tracking sites like Downdetector, with Firebase among the most impacted services. Users reported authentication failures and other errors in applications relying on Firebase during this period

Im very supportive of FT generally but I certainly think they should be open to debate about the app. A second ‘classic’ view that was proposed earlier seems an excellent compromise.

How come there is no Admin here from the team to reassure users.
There are no notifications acknowledging the problem, and to say they are fixing it..

I’ve started a chat on the app under feedback requesting they roll back to the previous version. If we all did that, they would certainly get the message!

I had noticed the see all button in portfolio was tricky.

It appears to be functioning now having updated :slightly_smiling_face:
