Anyone else annoyed by the £1k lifetime limit on Apple Pay? Would be better if this was a monthly limit on transactions or value.

1k is too small considering a bank transfer is too slow.

Yep - had the same thought. I’m assuming it’s some legislative thing but would be interested to know the rationale behind it.
It probably costs FT money to receive money in this way. As a company that doesn’t charge fees that has got to be absorbed from somewhere…
Apple Pay charge considerably more than normal payment methods. It’s why banks in Australia trieD to resist it for so long.
This is correct accordings to some Freetrade comments in the past.
