Typical sold on stop loss at 60p late September then gets a buy out at 80 lol

It’s a shame, I’ve been slowly adding to ROOF and a few others while they seem not of favour fo my dividend portfolio. Felt like at these discounts to NAV it was a no brainer. I’ll be up 10% ish when all is said and done but would have like to sit on these for 5-10 years.

The management have decided the best way to secure an optimal return for the owners is to sell all the assets up and redistribute the funds.
I didn’t hang around and wait for the wind down so sold at 77p in October.

I sold when it was first announced. Shame as i thought i was a good company with a great idea that could only really grow

Yeah me too, I quite liked the NAV doscount hoping either the market would catch up of the dividend yield you outperformed the share price in the long run.
It’s a bit like turkeys voting for Christmas as the management team were earning a fee from running this.
