Can someone at Freetrade please share details on the pricing plans for European customers?

What are the subscription plan tiers in Sweden? How much is the FX rates? Are there any further transactional costs?

Going forward how much of the revenue do you expect to come from the EU? Can you share plans for the next year, next 3 years, and next 5 years?

Thanks for the reply. I assume that because of this the share price is lower though right?

Hi @JL3

We will be adding CTL and CPH2 to our platform in the next two weeks. I’ll let you know once that’s done!

The others can’t be added at this time - HYUD for Reg S reasons, ALPP as it’s not offered by Drivewealth, our brokerage partner, and MC Mining due to its liquidity levels. But we’ll keep an eye on all of them in case anything changes and will keep you posted

Hi Emilie that’s excellent news as the two you’ve mentioned are my most requested.

Many thanks for this, I really appreciate it. :+1:

Hi @Freetrade_Team

Will the fireside chat be recorded?

Hi, where is the link to watch the AMA from last week please?

I just got a survey sent via Adam’s email as a previous investor. It’s talking about doing some changes to the crowdfunding round and then asks questions about investing at a certain price, 2.51 or 3.77.

It ties in with what I had thought prior to this - they 2m already raised isn’t enough to go far into 2023 so the conversion is bound to happen at the lower end of that valuation based on the terms, thus, may as well have this as a priced round. also shortens the time frame for a 2023 raise from institutional investor. Puts more pressure on execution in the short term.

But I’d consider heavily investing at 3.77 or lower.

As an early investor, I hate to say it but this entire round is beginning to smell of desperation. Almost as if it was assumed £7m would be whipped up in seconds, despite the economic climate. If it turns into a priced round now, that will surely destroy even more value.

Desperate from the valuation and dilution perspective, yes.

I think the business itself is fine for the long term.

I agree in the long term, but it feels a bit “oh shit” right now regarding funding.

Making this a priced equity round could be worse for crowd investors.

In my opinion nim explained the convertible note far better than how it’s been explained officially on Crowdfunding round eight, Wed 14 Sep 2022 🎈 - #185 by nim

Also try answering more of the questions and maybe revisit some of the answered ones to add more detail.

I think they should cancel this round, go to the VCs and secure the capital they need to hit profitability in 2024.

Even if that means a share price lower than £3.77 and dilution - it’s a price worth paying to ensure the company’s survival.

As an early/founding investor, I’d happily invest more in this scenario where they opened the Series C up to the crowd.

It’s a bold decision and R7 investors will likely be upset, but it’s the best path forward now.

Where are people seeing the comms suggesting this will be a priced round now?

There’s a survey with the question Is there a share price you would consider investing MORE in at this time? which hints at it being priced.

Ah I see.
I read that to mean the terms of the CLN would change to include a revised floor value.
I did wonder though as I assumed the terms would be fixed when agreed with the institutional investors?

Surely a change to a running campaign would not come across well and likely make people nervous & cancel/reduce any investment in this round, not pile more in?!

A lot of it is momentum based, they got a million on day 1 and lots of views, it’s not getting many today or yesterday though despite the updates. They’ll see this, perhaps there are some conversations with larger investors they think could make a difference.

Just done the questionnaire thinking it may be a bit interesting but it is just the question of the price. Very strange it is not a bit more complex and seemed really desperate. TBH the mail made me consider cancelling my R8 commitment.

Mixed in with some of the negative comments on the CC forum there was a Q about why FT didn’t have a grown-up discussion on why the round is so dramatically lower in price. Actually explain what may have been done wrong and what they were doing going forward etc to improve. I thought that was really good point and would give me more confidence to consider investing more.
