Customer service not replying

I posted a question in-app on Monday afternoon and haven’t yet had a response. The holiday opening hours indicate that customer service was open Monday+. This is frustrating as I need their help to transfer cash from my GIA to USA.

Are they always this slow? This is awful; I’ll be coming up to 48h soon.
