I created a bank transfer to my account on the 28th of Jan, funds still haven’t reached my account. have also been trying to get in contact on app-chat but no response, will anyone be able to help me here?
Same for me, I know everyone is saying how busy they are but some acknowledgment of issues raised and a message back saying it’s queued but will be a while would be good. They keep emailing me about ‘time to invest’ and to reply if you need any help, I have and no response, just more spam the same.
