Freetrade ignoring e-mails?

Been waiting over 2 weeks on a response from Freetrade, and from reading other posts on this forum, it seems I’m not the only one.

When I first joined Freetrade, the in-app chat was helpful though quite slow, but now that’s reserved exclusively for “plus” members, it seems there is no help at all now for us basic tier members which frankly I find ridiculous.

@sampoullain or @Doyin might be able to help out.

For what it’s worth, I opened an ISA & transferred funds from GIA in the last week all via email and had replies within 24mins every time.

Are you using the same email address that is on your account?

Additionally, perhaps if you detail your issue, forum members have a good steer (unless it’s account related).
