Wondered if anyone else is unable to access the chat on the App when trying to contact the team. Instead of transferring cash from my GIA to ISA through the chat I now find myself having to withdraw it to my linked account. My app is up to date. This happens on all my devices so not an isolated incident.

Itβs mysteriously started working again after a few days of being offline.
The chat on the app is often a bit dodgy, the last issue i had is when i say something in the message I have to come out of the chat and back in again to see the auto reply and then send my reply and then go back out again and back in the message to see the auto reply and answer until i get to the end.
