DEC is already listed in the US on the OTC market
So no need to issue new shares into the US market.
But arbitrage is bound to take place. The shares trading on the OTC market are now more valuable. A reasonable assumption I think?
Any ideas how long it will take freetrade to implement the reverse stock split?
Hopefully it will be sorted by the end of the day.
Itās trading at about 13 quid atm according to the LSE website
Not trading at all on Hargreaves and freetrade.
Possibly start trading on Hargreaves today freetrade?
Guessing
More importantly is the introduction to the New York stock exchange.
Ay still not active on FT yet. It looks like someoneās been able to trade I can see some buys on LSE.
Price has risen slightly (about 67p in old money)
All sorted now, looking forward to nyse listing before the new year
Weāve had another buyback this morning 45000 new shares bought.
Does anyone know how the new listing is going to work? They say there will be no new shares issued and there are no shares in treasury. Are they Gna just transfer some shares from FTSE to NYSE (which may include some of our shares?)
Maybe this is a basic question I just canāt find the answer anywhere
If you mean what I think you mean⦠My shares have consolidated this morning. From 360 shares to 18, with the share price drifting upwards, which is nice.
Not sure they have actually gone up maybe the price you bought at?
Mine has gone from 1813 approx to about 90
My AVG needs to go over £19 to break even my losses are still roughly the same
They are already listed in the US on the over the counter market.
Once listed on the New York market the OTC shares will drift over to the New York stock market with market makers looking to fulfill orders by buying on the OTC.
If prices in the US are higher than the UK the same will happen.
IE UK shares bought by US market makers.
And DEC share price will double next weekā¦in your dreamsā¦and mine.
My percentage loss was less when I looked and made that post, hence they looked like they were drifting gently upwards. Theyāve stopped that now, and are floating back down again
Itās all a bit up in the air as they settle, I imagine. So I am back to watching closely and wavering between holding and selling.
I can see this is slowly updating on FT. What will happen to the dividend payments as these are now at 1%ā¦
I expect an rns stipulating the amended dividend around the same time they give the dividend exchange rate.
As far as iām concerend the old dividend will also be times by 20. To keep it at the same yield it was before the consolidation
This is what I was expecting / hoping for. Appreciate the input.
Another day another buy back another drop.
My losses are crazy for this company, itās as though the sp is dropping my design as the company would have issued something by now.
Is there a big debt repayment due perhaps? Good thing we hedged at a higher gas price than spot then. All things point to a very good year
Despite the hedges the energy market in general is currently heading south and as a result various energy shares dropping as well
Some shareholders may still be looking at the last share raise at £1.05 only to see the company using some of that money to buy shares back at circa 62p
Confidence is a issue here when you see a continual drop and the āUā turn over the USA listing, I havenāt seen (admittedly not had time to fully investigate) what shares are to be used for the US market, a further dilution of shares could be a worry for many long term holders like myself.
Oh dear it seems the sp goes is stubbornly sat under 13 and the buybacks are the only thing stopping it from dropping any further.
Fingers crossed the US listing goes well
DEC has been listed on a US over the counter market prior to it being listed in the UK
I assume they will drift onto the new York stock exchange.
If the price is higher in the US than the UK then US market makers will buy them from UK market makers.
A review of DEC.
Always worth remembering DEC is very into hedging.
