Interesting, I‘m investing from Switzerland, and the countdown on the freetrade website already expired in my local time.

Hi Hannah, the 1100-1130 link isn’t working for me either, via the email or app message

Hi @Kscott, could you pop me a DM with your email and I can look into this?

Hi @TomAsh, this will depend on your bank - we do not charge any payment fees for using a credit card ourselves

All sorted actually, login issue on my part.

Same issue:upside_down_face:

Thanks, although If anything I’d like to increase my investments but think that’s very unlikely right now. I blame Nutmeg because if they had waited I could have put at least £1k into each :joy: If it’s still possible to invest in Nutmeg by the end of July then I’ll be adding more in then :slightly_smiling_face:

What I would like to know (if you’re able to answer) is when/how soon can we get the EIS rebate? Assuming that we claim it back afterwards (a bit like cashback).

Hi @reebu, if you pop me a DM with your email I can have a look into this

I’ll DM you the link just in case

I believe the public link doesn’t exist yet as the public crowd funding should be going live at 12pm? So you may need to wait until then.

Dunno if this helps: in my case EIS is “realised” after I do a tax self assessment, and it comes in the form of a smaller tax bill to HMRC, rather than cash.

(And there’s some good info in other threads eg EIS form Questions .)

Sacrifices must be made!

My car insurance renewal is due & I have a bunch of other renewals going out this month too. Hoping I might be able to squeeze them onto other things like PayPal Credit & my credit card :joy:

Hi guys,

Just to confirm, the Freetrade campaign pitch will go live for anyone to invest at 12pm here - Invest in Europe’s high-growth businesses | Crowdcube

I’m sure Freetrade will likely give us detailed guidance in how to claim this, but if this is the case then sounds like I might just get a higher paycheck next month/over the following months if my tax will get reduced. Pretty much the same thing.

Email open. Freetrade app open. Crowdcube website logged in. Waiting for my 11:30am link
