Freetrade Trustpilot Reviews ⭐

This has appeared. Is someone playing games ?

What I see on Trustpilot just now

They both show if you search - Freetrade.

Thanks for letting us know! We’ll look into this.

Currently there are only 151 reveiws on trustpilot. I believe that there are about 5500 registered users in this forum.
I think it could be in thousand aleast if the registered users in this forum complete their reveiws!

Just bumping this thread up as the rating has dropped to below 4 stars and doesn’t look that positive. 19% 1 star reviews as of today.

I left a review a while ago but here’s the link for any extra reviews!

Currently 2* which is not good.

How is Freetrade going to improve this?

I left a 5 star review last night, hopefully others can get typing to give it more accurate representation. Currently a lot of people upset about not being able to buy GameStop or the support being slow. Occasionally there were some responded too which can help perspectives.

Please can Freetrade users go on to the Trustpilot website and leave positive reviews IF they are happy with Freetrade. Just to balance things up a bit. It’s not looking great out there.

I think this is a constant problem with online reviews. People are more likely to leave an extreame review (1 star of 5 stars) motivated by a specific experience:

eg:
My deposit took ages - 1 star
Customer service helped me - 5 stars

In the old days, disgruntled customers would take their fraustrations out on whoever was behind the counter, demand to see the manager etc. 1 star reviews are just a modern replacement for that kind of venting IMO.
I think we (as internet users) put too much weight on the meaningfulness of star reviews generally.
still doesn’t look great though :frowning:

I’d be more concerned of the google play reviews than trust pilot to be honest.

There is minimal interaction from Freetrade to the reviews which cement the “poor customer” service sentiment even more on there…

The App store reviews are good

This is the Google playstore though:

IOS users must be a lot forgiving…

on android though … 100k downloads, 3500ish reviews and majority of 1 star ones citing poor customer service…

The warnings were there with what the problems and freetrade didn’t iterate quick enough. The reviews are a reflection of their shortcomings. So I don’t think the stars are meaningless. It’s users echoing mostly real problems. Think about it do you know how much effort or annoyed you have to be to log onto trusted pilot to write an dissertation on a particular issue you are having with a platform. They didn’t even think deleting or not using the app was enough. Just went straight there…

yeah, that was pretty much my point. It captures how specific users feel at specific times, which isn’t meaningless in every way but it isn’t an accurate representation of how an enitre userbase feels

I think its fair to compare the rating of FT vs their peers and in general FT is better or similar to Etoro, Trading 212, …

For example Coinbase ($100bn valuation, $1.4bn annual revenues) has a 1.6 stars rating on TriustPilot
