I understand that things went badly for many reasons, but I think the most fair thing to do now would be to cancel everything that just happened and start over, especially if “this experience is not something we accept Freetrade to be associated with”

That’s good thanks but I was one of the 1st on the link there was only 2500 investedwhen I put my amount in.Then it crashed while I was filling out the questions So now I’ve missed out on being within the 1st 2 million invested.

well if they cancel and start again but this time it’s kept properly private to freetrade users we could all still get EIS :slight_smile:

There is no way this can happen. People who got EIS could then miss out. It would be a disaster.

If I remember well Freetrade has warned us many times about the questions and to set up the account before 11:40

Yes I have invested on CC before but the site crashing doesnt help if you have an account or not

All fun and games…my only frustration was my amount duplicated. One got EIS while the other didn’t. No idea what one I cancelled haha.

I set my account up just hadnt invested in anythink on crowdcube so it takes you through questions to check that you no what your getting yourself into I guess

I opened an account before 11:40 via the app but the assessment didn’t pop up until after I had tried making my first investment in FT. But I’ve also come to realise how useless the app is as it doesn’t even contain a search bar which the desktop website does…
