Yeah I wasn’t quite sure where it left off because there was no obvious “you’re done” moment, it just sort of said I had successfully uploaded but then left me on the last page …
I had to drop Crowdcube a mail saying I had done it.
Who is actually legally responsible for paying us? I don’t mean the actual processed payment, but who is legally responsible for giving us our money? Is it the acquiring company? Because Crowdcube has the money and clearly doesn’t give two hoots about distributing it appropriately. Who do we actually pursue for interest and damages? @Luccathedog?
That wasn’t the question. I asked who is legally responsible for getting us our money. If you don’t know the answer, then thank you for not responding again.
Thanks. It’s chaotic. I wrote to Crowdcube asking for clarification, which they tried to brush off. I then pushed back and asked for real answers, and now they’ve escalated it internally. Crowdcube has eight weeks to reply.
I think they would as I’ll say Tuesday or Wednesday is cut off for banks anything after is another week. We should complain to ig group also as there the one responsible for making sure crowdcube pay us
FT, who instigated the sale, remain at the crux of this until we actually receive due consideration for our shares, whether using a paying agent such as CC or not. So, FT (and its interested new owners) remain in the frame. I’ll leave it there. I have finally received payment overnight and I hope the same for all erstwhile shareholders in what should have been a much more satisfactory outcome.
Here to join the queue with everyone else who is waiting.
Nothing has been received here so far, the last communication was received on April 9th claiming they have the money and they started processing the payments.
