Goldman Sachs plans London IPO for £3.6bn Petershill Partners

Is this likely to make it on Freetrade? Are there any other ways to get exposure to the PE market? :money_with_wings:

Not available on freetrade and highly unlikely to become so.
Some would call it private equity, I prefer AIC sites definition “growth capital”.
Second highest discount in the sector namely 51%. A bit of a dividend at 1.25%
Decided it is now undervalued and have bought.
Brought to market and managed by Goldman Sachs. 75% still held by them.
Basically buying shares in alternative asset management companies. Research from AIC (note date so discount etc are incorrect much higher now.) Important to remember they own shares in unlisted companies (illiquid) Standard for private equity but in this case they don’t own controlling stakes.
