Thought I’d share some good feedback for the Freetrade customer service team.
It’s a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other fintechs out there.
Good detailed responses, really helpful, professional and personal. That said, responses do take a while, but that’s understandable since they don’t operate 24/7.
I can live with that for now, but the bigger Freetrade get, I hope they increase their hours.
Anyway, well done to the Freetrade team. Thank you!
