16% at the moment, though I expect it to go down further before it starts going up again. I’m very much in “not looking in my app” mode until the news gets a bit better.

Exactly what I did. Not looking at it.
I only own ETFs no individual stocks. It’s even more important to remind me that market overtime always goes up and just keep investing drips by drips. Own solid companies and markets and I shall be fine over time.

Only green in my portfolio are AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, AZN, ZM … oh, and SSE Energy of all things!
19.5% down with ETFs and City of London Investment Trust.
Currently up 0.5% on my entire portfolio - but am certain that will be gone soon.
