Has there been any news on getting the in-app badge for R6 (i.e not the forum badge), at all?

'The in-app badges have not yet been rolled out by the marketing team but with regards to the community flair I will get you passed to the marketing team to get this applied for you. :tada:

They’ve been out for a while now

Have you used the same email for the forum as you did for crowdcube?

Yep, same email, do you know if I can contact anyone for this? :blush:

Did you fill in the survey we were emailed in about November 2020 where you chose your swag? I think they lost the original list.

Yes, just checked, email received on the 25th Nov 2020 with the deadline on the 30th Nov…

Maybe something @Freetrade_Team can help with. Not sure who is active on the forum atm apart from him.

Hi, quick one - I have also checked my profile and can’t seem to find the R6 badge. I am not 100% if I got the email for merch (might have) but just wanted to ask if there was any way if could get the badge or if I had to email someone etc.

You should get both badges, you can change which one is displayed in preferences

Cool - don’t think I qualify for Founding or at least it does not show up. It’s ok :slight_smile:

Just for some reference/info, I was also wondering when I might receive my R6 Investor Badge and kept checking my settings on the Forum but nothing seemed to make any difference, so I messaged Freetrade Customer Services on 3rd Sept and I received a reply from Sam on 25th Oct saying that my R6 Badge had been sorted And apologising for the delay. :slightly_smiling_face::+1:
