It is on the app, on IOS it is in the top right hand corner, the person sign, then scroll down to contact us and follow instructions

Sorry, I’ve had a lot going on this past month.
I emailed support and it’s all sorted.
I did ask if there was a specific person dealing with it to quicken the process, but have not received an answer back on that yet.

@Freetrade_Team @MeghanB26 I replied to your email a few weeks ago about my email address for the community login but no investor badge yet 
Still waiting on this, and we’re now raising for R7!
