And also Ive noticed there is LACK or ZERO REITS Stock on Freetrade at all.
Is there any reason for this? Seems really odd.
There’s a bunch of Reit. Safestore, big yellow from the top of my head. And the IWDP property etf contains reit as well.

QUESTION to the community:
Are there simple ways of constructing a portfolio of reits (15-20), avoiding weeks of research and avoiding purely using etf’s? Are there services or ways of automatically creating the best fitting reits for your desired portfolio allocation? Some kind of reit screener?
My ideal allocation would be 15-20 reits all at a 5% allocation, though choosing the reits is super time consuming. Any help with ways to shave some time off-of searching would be great.
There are loads of REITS to choose from now on FT and ETFs with REIT holdings.
Maybe select REITs from different sectors. It doesn’t take much time to check performance of a few REITs. Most have their own website.
Type in REITs on the FT stocks search page for a list of available REITs on the app.
@Freetrade_Team any update on this? I’d like to add this on my portfolio for my ISA but cannot as its not even available yet…
This seems to be a US-listed ETF so it can’t be added due to EU regulations.
However, there are some alternatives on the platform, such as HPRO, which tracks property in developed markets.
