Locked out of account- resolved✅

Hi,
I’m a new user. I’ve been accessing my account for a couple of days no problem but typed in the wrong pin and got locked out of the account - ‘time out for 10 minutes’. I’ve been locked out nearly 2hrs now.
Any ideas please?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and redownloading it? If that hasn’t worked I reccomend sending an email explaining the situation to hello@freetrade.io

Thanks for the reply our kid. It’s sorted now.
It took 24hrs to clear.
I did send an email to hello@freetrade.io so that may have done the trick or it timed out.
