I’m a new user. I’ve been accessing my account for a couple of days no problem but typed in the wrong pin and got locked out of the account - ‘time out for 10 minutes’. I’ve been locked out nearly 2hrs now.
Any ideas please?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and redownloading it? If that hasn’t worked I reccomend sending an email explaining the situation to firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks for the reply our kid. It’s sorted now.
It took 24hrs to clear.
I did send an email to email@example.com so that may have done the trick or it timed out.
Thanks to Holly from Freetrade who contacted me to ask if everything is now working ok with the account.
