I’ve been using the app for over a week now, but recently when I launch it it asks me to define a new PIN. Usually I press Back and it takes me to the actual PIN login and I can get in fine.
Now I can’t get in at all and it’s asking me to re-register - enter a new pin, name, address, NI number, etc.
I haven’t gone all the way through this process as I don’t want to override my old account.
I have cleared the cache/storage and entered my original email and clicked the link on the device but it makes no change.
I’m eager to get in and access my topup I applied yesterday…
