We can check on the status of an old link for you too - to let you know how far the person who received your link has got through the process of setting up and funding their account.

So will my previous link still work for him luckily I have already sent him the link.He just hasn’t done anything with it cause he wants me to go through it with him.would it be better to send him the new link just in case the old one don’t work

Not at the moment but that’s a good idea!
Edit - I spoke too soon there, we show a checklist of steps that the new customer needs to complete when they first open the app after they sign up. Then there’s a nice big prompt to top up on the Portfolio screen whenever they open the app.
We might start sending reminders to people who’ve signed up but not yet topped up their accounts soon too.

I’m not sure if has already been mentioned but I was thinking that it will be convenient to be remanded to another page or a message to be displayed when you open a referral link that has already been used.
As side note the message on the link and the one in app now both display up to 200£.

OOH is probably the worst marketing channel I can think of from an ROI perspective… It is used primarly for branding purposes, not to drive sales (even though it can be a side-effect).
We’ll do the first handful of share reveals next week. 
We are starting gradually to make sure everything works!

I sent my link to a friend and she tried to sign up. It says the identity check has failed and that she’ll receive an email. She hasn’t received anything and is a bit stuck now!
The status on my app says that she’s used the link and that I’ll get my free share after she tops up, which she can’t do yet.
I believe she has also sent a message to Support. Bit disappointing all things considered as I’d just finished telling her how great and slick this is!
