Just received mail from Seedrs that we have offer to sell shares in Morpher folding helmet tech for 16.50 $ per share.
First round price was 3.90 £, second 11 £ per share

You gonna sell? Is there still growth? Who is this company?
In my opinion this is a fair offer for a company at this stage of development, but I’m not yet sure if I’m going to accept it.
Last round was just a few months ago, and it was £4,489,254 at pre-money valuation of £15,688,255.

I’m holding onto my first round shares. The investor is Stephen Cloobeck, a billionaire who clearly loves this product and wants the company.
