I initiated a transfer over 8 weeks ago from Freetrade… half my ISA portfolio has been transferred and the remaining US stocks have been left in my Freetrade account.
No-one is responding to this the settle by date agreed with the new provider has passed and I am literally at my wits end with Freetrade and their non responsiveness. Can someone PLEASE HELP?!
Hey - I’m sorry about this and appreciate you’re at your wits end.
First, let me reassure you that your securities are safe and secure. UK securities transfer through a different system than US shares and they typically then work to different timelines when executing in specie transfers.
I’ll drop you a DM to get a few more details so that I can raise this directly with the transfers team to investigate and get things concluded.
