Given that last year’s shares were issued in August, to fit with EIS rules could we be on for this year’s crowdfunding in June/July? What are people’s predictions on share price and valuation? I know this has been discussed at length in other threads, but it’s been fairly quiet for a while, and the big show could now be imminent.
