No option to open ISA

I have previously had a S&S ISA with FT but closed this a while back. I now don’t seem to have the option to open it again. I wondered if there was a quick way to do this with the tax year end approaching or if anyone else is having issues with this?

You will have to wait for Customer Service to resolve this for you. I’m not aware of a way to speed this up
