Does Freetrade allow partial isa transfer out? - I would like to transfer just the cash portion of my isa to another provider, but keep my Freetrade isa with the current investments.

Does anyone know the answer to this? I submitted a partial transfer out and had it rejected with the reasoning that Freetrade don’t support partial transfers out 
I think that may be your answer then if it came direct from FT.
It came from vanguard, so I’m not certain if it’s right or not. I’ve messaged FT directly but no response yet.
If it is true, I find it very odd why it isn’t supported
I thought in-year partial transfers weren’t allowed until April?
They’ve always been allowed under the ISA rules for contributions from previous years
What does 5.39 in the latest Autumn Statement mean then?
You can contribute into multiple ISAs in one tax year. It doesn’t affect transfers I think?
