Maybe the community knows this issue. On android (version 12) as well as iOS, I cannot upgrade to Plus. The process just exits with an error message after the third step.
I’ve searched but all other Plus issue threads are closed.

Hi @SebReitz , I had the exact same issue. Contact the support for the Plus subscription. They will deal with it reasonably fast.
I explained the issue and told them what was happening. In my opinion, this could deter people from upgrading and should be looked at.
