Proxy voting help

Hi, has anybody else got an email for terms and conditions saying a third party to offer proxy voting. If i do not accept i have to email freetrade and they will close my account. I dont know what it is or if its a scam email, also has anybody else had increase in subscription prices from last month. Sorry if been talked about on here but cant find proxy voting or price increases for 2023 when i searched.

Prices went up in May and yes there was an email about terms and conditions to allow for proxy voting.
