I noticed that there aren’t any American REITs available on the app and i would like to ask for their addition.

Would it be possible to add the following:

Dividend Yield: 5.2%

Equity Residential is a real estate investment trust which is focused on the acquisition, development and management of rental apartment properties in urban and high-density suburban coastal gateway markets in the US.

Neither. There just an accounting deduction from the fund NAV. So it’s baked into the share price… like every other asset that charges an ongoing fee - ETFs, ITs, OEICs, UTs.

99.9% yes. There are instances where you could suffer it elsewhere but for the sake of simplicity - yes. It’s an accounting entry. You will see no deduction of your cash. It comes from the value of the fund…and therefore fractionally reduces your share price
