Sending funds from an Unlinked bank account

Hi all,

I have made a transfer accidentally using my unlinked bank account.

How would I go about getting this money back? I have asked the question on chat twice but neither message has been read. What are the average time frames for this?

I did this by mistake too but messaged the team and had money refunded
