Seeing as though the Woodford fund is going to be needing a new fund manager soon I wondered if anyone would be interested in a bit of a prediction league? Completely for fun, no purchase necessary just pick a stock you think will behave for the month and we’ll see if we have any Warren Buffets hidden in the community.
Any ideas on how to run it (wiki maybe) or just a show of hands who is interested.
Disclaimer: you will probably not get the Woodford fund job by performing well in this league…
Great idea I’m in. I once saw on r/stockmarket they run a league and input in excel and it auto-updates. They go long and short but might be better that we start with just long. In the example the way they also do it is total % gain based on the 2 stocks. Would like to hear more input on this and have it up and running. Be great to have this up for December. In my opinion this encourages healthy competition with the end of goal of everyone, (participant or not) learning.
