How come we can’t set a stop loss as well as a sell order?

I use this all the while on crypto, Binance call it an OCO order, One Cancels the Other.
A single order which closes with either a Sell Limit Order or Stop Loss Limit Order - then, as the OCO name says, the other part of the order is cancelled.
While on this, we desperately need a Stop Loss Limit order, not just a Triggered Stop Loss
