Trades Not Updating In Portfolio or Account

Anyone else still having problems from this morning ?

Purchase shows in activity , its also in the portfolio ’ recent activity ’ but the portfolio ’ total shares ’ hasn’t been updated and the funds used to pay for the purchase is still showing as available in my account . The trade has gone through as I have the order number and certificate number.

A similar purchase a few minutes before this went through okay ( but slow ) this morning

Force close and reopen the app when things like this happen.

Restarting the app didn’t work and was one of the first things I did, thanks anyway

Hopefully it’ll sort itself out over the weekend.

Should anyone else have similar problems and read this, the problem didn’t sort itself out . I ended up adding enough funds to buy a single additional share , once I’d bought the additional share all totals reset and the problem was resolved.
