Transfer to Freetrade account without unique reference

Hi all
I referred my wife and she set up account but sent money to Freetrade but forgot to reference the unique ref! The money has left account but not arrive in her Freetrade account. Where has it gone and what does she do now?

Go through the chat in the app, they’ll sort out the problem for you fairly quickly. It happened to me the first time & problem was resolved within a few hours.
