Any ideas why when i try to open a statemet i get

When you select the link it should allow you to open it in a browser
I’m getting the same thing, I’ve been on the Live chat about it and they are looking into it

I was told it’s supposed to be a PDF, but I’ve tried a few different PDF readers and none are working. I can open PDF’s from email though
