Anyone else have a blank statement for Jan 1? Dec one the same? Yes moaning again but my account seems to be experiencing more issues than most. Yes have trades in both Dec and Nov.
Not blank, but the download for my GIA December statement posted on 01/01/2021 actually opens my November statement. My ISA statement is correct though.

I just tried again and now both are correct.
Just a thought. When you press on the statement in FT should open your web browser to a blank page which prompts you to download a PDF. Do you get the download?
Best to raise it with support if you haven’t done so already.
In the meanwhile, you may have already done this and if not try the following to see if it makes a difference:
- Ensure latest version of the app is installed
- Force quitting the app and restarting
