ISA Declaration Issue

Already reached out to Freetrade but it says 2 days to respond …..

I tried to put money into my stock and share USA yesterday only for the app to do the transfer , then display a message that it’s gone into my gia because I need to complete an isa declaration for 25/26 and that I can do this in my profile.

Except I can’t.

The only one showing is read only from when I opened it. Same on the desktop site. I hold no other isa.

Super annoying as wanted to buy today. Checked emails and there’s no alert that I needed to do this prior either.

Any ideas please ?

I can’t reproduce your actions, but by clicking on the profile icon I can access my ISA declaration. I would try to see under your profile if there is a way to complete the declaration, or try to open the ISA using the described process in the link above.

Having the same problem right now. This is ridiculous and needs to be sorted asap. need faster reply times especially if you pay for your account like I do!

Just press the Top Up button on the account tab, this will force the ISA declaration to occur. I had to do this for the new tax year.

Is this still needed?
I’m not getting any msg for a new declaration.
